EFS-PALM
EFSMISR services residential communities both in cairo and the North Coast, providing residents and vacation goers with a seamless living experience through superior facility management practices.
Egypt Healthcare Facilities Services-EHFS
EFSMISR took the step of entering the healthcare industry by establishing EHFS and adding 8 hospitals and 3 polyclinics across the capital to its portfolio.
EFS-PALM
In 2015, EFSMISR established a joint venture with Palm Hills Development, EFS-PALM, to service all their residential communities. We initially managed PHD facilities in the North Coast, which is Egypt’s summer destination for domestic tourism, then we expanded in taking over their residential communities across Cairo.
Egypt Healthcare Facilities Services-EHFS
In January 2020, EFSMISR established a Joint Venture with Cleopatra Hospital Group (CHG) to create Egypt’s first healthcare integrated facility management company. We currently manage six hospital and 14 clinics.
